Mariana Velasquez is a food stylist taste maker with more than a decade styling amongst New York's most celebrated culinary circles and publications across the globe. She is a published author of two recipe books and has styled, art directed, developed recipes and collaborated on more than twenty cookbooks throughout her career. She was selected among some of the country's best to food style American Grown, by First Lady Michelle Obama, a project that took her career into the White House kitchen and garden. Her styling work has been featured in the New York Times, Vogue, Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, Gourmet, Wine Enthusiast, Williams Sonoma, Haagen Dazs, O Magazine, InStyle, and many others. Diego Senior is Mariana's husband. He is a TV producer, radio reporter and host with more than 13 years in journalism, mostly based in NYC, broadcasting for Latin American audiences across the continent. Diego collaborates with NatGeo's Explorer, NY1 Noticias, Blu Radio, Radio Panamá, W Radio México, amongst other outlets. He has interviewed Henry Kissinger, Hillary Clinton and Phil Collins, amongst other influential, global voices.
