The first show to ever air on Heritage Radio Network, The Main Course, has hosted the most interesting chefs, farmers, and food luminaries—from Michael Pollan and Alice Waters, to Wylie Durfresne, Joan Dye Gussow, Mark Ladner and Marion Nestle—since 2009. The Main Course is the brainchild of Heritage Radio Network founder Patrick Martins. Over the years, The Main Course has been home to many different cohosts, but Patrick has always remained active as a producer and host. Over the years, The Main Course has been home to many different cohorts including Katy Keiffer, Mark Marabella, and the charismatic duo Phillip Gilmour, restaurateur extraordinaire (Momo Sushi Shack, Hi Hello, Moku Moku), and Alexes McLaughlin, but Patrick has always remained active as a producer and co-host.
